MISSION STATEMENT
The mission of IFG PRODUCTIONS: Ayisyen An Nou-Pale: Ayisyen An Nou-Damou, Inc. is to strengthen the Haitian-American community through community actions that promote cultural exchange, economic empowerment, youth development and HIV prevention.
To do this, we will:
- Organize events and activities designed to promote socio-cultural understanding and unity between all communities in Rockland County.
- Develop and implement new professional development training and direct technical assistance designed to help local entrepreneurs and artists move toward financial self-sufficiency.
- Aggressively pursue private funding opportunities and entrepreneurial efforts while continuing to pursue government funding.
- Pursue opportunities to work with all immigrant communities in order to develop youth development and HIV prevention programs.
- Take a leadership position in creating network models to serve the Haitian-American community and other immigrant communities
- Invest in agency visibility and transparency
- Effectively manage change within the agency for both clients and staff.
